Role Overview
As CNM2, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the nursing home. You will support and guide nursing staff, ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care, maintain compliance with HIQA standards, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the service.

Requirements
Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (active registration essential)
Relevant nursing degree (Level 7/8)
Postgraduate qualification in management
Minimum 3–5 years post-registration nursing experience
Experience working in older persons care / nursing home setting
Previous management or supervisory experience (e.g. CNM1 or acting CNM)
Proven ability to lead teams and manage clinical operations
