We are looking for a passionate and highly organised Event Manager with strong hospitality experience, someone who understands how to bring people together through thoughtful execution, sharp communication and unforgettable experiences.
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering events across festivals, private events, drinks brands, educational experiences, pop-ups, and corporate hospitality. From first client conversations to on‑site execution, you’ll be responsible for turning briefs into experiences that feel seamless and premium.
We are looking for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, can balance logistics with creativity, and understands the level of detail required to deliver exceptional hospitality. You should feel comfortable managing budgets, coordinating suppliers and contracted staff, handling client relationships, and adapting quickly when challenges arise.
You will initially work closely with the wider leadership and production teams across All Bar None, Dublin Bar Academy and Drink In Creative to absorb our approach to hospitality, storytelling, and execution. Over time, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, strengthen systems, improve operational flow and become a central part of how we scale our events division.
Your Role
As our Event Manager, you will:
Lead the planning and execution of events across corporate, hospitality, drinks, and cultural spaces.
Craft bespoke event approaches based on different client briefs, objectives, audiences and budgets.
Manage event logistics from start to finish, coordinating suppliers, staffing, schedules, timelines, and on‑site operations.
Handle client communication throughout the process, building trust while ensuring expectations are managed clearly and proactively.
Oversee budgeting, quoting, and financial organisation to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
Work closely with on‑site event coordinators, the Dublin Bar Academy team, and Drink In Creative to ensure seamless collaboration across departments.
Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships, grow accounts and improve long‑term client retention.
Maintain a hospitality‑first mindset throughout every project, ensuring guest experience remains at the centre of execution.
Represent All Bar None professionally in meetings, site visits, and live events while maintaining calm leadership under pressure.
Travel across Ireland for events, activations and production opportunities when required.

Requirements
Strongunderstanding of the Irish hospitality and events landscape. A proven background in event management, hospitality operations or experiential production.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, experience managing budgets, suppliers, staffing, and event logistics. Bar managment experience
Full driving licence required.
