Role: Events & Catering Manager Location: Dublin City Centre Salary: €45-50k Role Requirements: Oversee all catering and event inquiries, bookings, and logistics. Enter catering orders into our system accurately and ensure timely fulfilment. Coordinate with the kitchen, dispatch, transport, key accounts, and customer service teams to ensure smooth event execution. Assist in creating customized catering packages and menus based on client needs. Maintain strong relationships with existing catering clients. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients post-event. Identify and support Sales Team in reaching out to potential new clients and generate sales leads. Support Finance team to ensure clients make timely payments and follow up on outstanding invoices. Track catering sales and identify opportunities for growth with Sales Team. Provide feedback based on customer preferences and market trends. Assist the chef and management to develop seasonal and custom menus. Supervise and support one team member in the catering department. Ensure proper training and workflow efficiency for catering operations. Candidate Requirements: 2-3 years experience within hospitality, hotels, events or corporate catering. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. An ability to provide exceptional hospitality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally order management software. Familiarity with invoicing.
