Key Skills & Experience Educational Background : Bachelor's degree (Level 8) in Engineering, Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Industry Expertise : 7+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years with a postgraduate qualification, ideally within the medical device sector.
Leadership in Innovation : Proven experience leading high-performing teams through complex, cross-functional product development programs.
Technical Mastery : Deep knowledge of catheter-based or equivalent product development, with hands-on proficiency in structured, requirements-driven design and verification.
Process-Driven Excellence : Skilled in DFMEA, PFMEA, and risk management practices, driving product integrity and safety.
Project Management Proficiency : Adept in both traditional (Waterfall) and modern (Agile, Scrum) methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches for maximum impact.
Execution-Focused Leadership : Successfully manages major workstreams with a strategic approach to budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
Exceptional Communicator : Communicates clearly and persuasively across all levels of the organisation and with external partners, ensuring transparency and buy-in.
