We are your single end to end partner for consultancy, design implementation, optimization and support for all applications in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Manufacturing stack.We're looking for dedicated, innovative and driven talent to join our expanding IT Support team in Cork.Requirement:You will be maintaining the incident queue in Service Now and manage & resolve issues as they arise in a timely manner.You will be Investigating and troubleshooting problems which occur and determine solutions or recommendations for changes and/or improvementsYou will be responsible for Initiating and implementing Change Control activities in accordance with Quality Standards and PracticesYou will execute and monitor data backups, request security patching updates from Global Team, manage the deployment & resolve issuesYou will support activities in line with project schedulesYou will be generating computer system validation documentation in accordance with site procedures and GMP guidelinesFollow all relevant Environmental, Health and Safety procedures and assist in incident investigations as required.You will be responsible for the quality control function in pharmaceutical production.What You Will Bring:3+ years experience supporting IT applications e.g. troubleshooting, managing incidents and change controls, design documentation, test case development, system testingExperience of working in a pharmaceutical API manufacturing operation or a regulated environmentExperience working in a Win 10 environmentExperience of server and workstation platformsExperience of SQL databases would be an advantageExperience implementing changes for IT applications in a GMP environment would be an advantageStrong oral and written communication skills.Self-motivated, detail-oriented and excellent organizational and time management skills.About Cognizant -Cognizant (Nasdaq-100: CTSH) is one of the world's leading professional services companies, transforming clients' business, operating and technology models for the digital era.
