Job Title: Conveyancing Legal ExecutiveLocation: Dublin, IrelandExperience: 1+ years PQEOverview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Legal Executive to join a busy and supportive private practice property team. The successful candidate will have at least one years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing, with some exposure to commercial property matters being highly advantageous.Key Responsibilities:Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion.Advising clients on all aspects of freehold and leasehold transactions.Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, transfers, and other property documents.Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.Conducting title investigations, requisitions on title, and completion procedures.Assisting with commercial property transactions, including leases and acquisitions, as required.Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.Requirements:Minimum 1 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law and practice.Experience in commercial property is highly advantageous but not essential.Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a busy caseload.Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.Proficiency in conveyancing case management systems desirable.Salary and benefits:A competitive remuneration package is available, commensurate with experience.
