IFRS Implementation Lead Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead the rollout of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) across Ireland.
This pivotal role involves overseeing an end-to-end implementation project, ensuring timely delivery of milestones within scope and budget.
* Develop and execute detailed project plans
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies
* Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on project progress
The successful candidate will have over 7 years of work experience within financial services, preferably in a finance function. They should also possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Key qualifications include:
* Over 7 years of work experience in financial services
* 3-5 years of management experience, including coaching and mentoring
* Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CFA are preferred
