Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Financial Operations Assistant to join our team in Galway. As the successful candidate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations within our Finance Department.
* The primary responsibility is to perform various financial tasks with accuracy and timeliness, including bank reconciliations, processing purchase invoices, and supporting month-end close processes.
* You will also be responsible for maintaining high-quality records, performing audits and compliance checks as required.
To succeed in this position you must have excellent organizational skills along with strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent accounting software such as QuickBooks/SAP is highly desirable but not essential.
