Role: Design Manager – Façade, Windows & Doors

Your new role includes:
Lead the design and development of facade window and door systems ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants throughout project phases.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop innovative and sustainable facade solutions tailored to specific project needs.
Oversee preparation and review of detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Conduct feasibility studies and performance analysis for different materials and design options.
Ensure all designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory compliance including local building codes.
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to select appropriate materials and components for facade systems.
Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases to resolve design-related issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating new technologies and materials into product designs.
Experience you need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field with focus on facade design.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in facade design management, specifically with windows and doors.
Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations related to facade systems.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other relevant tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects effectively.
In-depth understanding of structural principles, thermal performance, and material properties for building envelopes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Experience with sustainable design practices and knowledge of green building certifications is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt design solutions to meet project challenges.
