Key Roles and Responsibilities:
National Account Manager Job
* Manage customer P&Ls, including Sales Revenue, Trade Spend, Promotional ROI, Market Share, and Profit targets.
* Develop annual Customer Business Plans to deliver internal and external strategies & KPIs.
* Analyse data sets (EPOS, Nielsen, CIM, SRM) to build commercial plans optimising KPI delivery.
* Execute customer plans with timely accuracy, providing excellent communication to customers, and completing required internal documentation for perfect plan execution.
* Lead customer contact strategy and build powerful relationships across functions at appropriate levels.
* Deploy customer, shopper, and category insight to identify the optimum portfolio mix for the customer and shopper.
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver a portfolio range for customers.
* Own and develop promotional plans, including revenue, trade spend, and promotion activation details, such as timing, mechanics, and estimated amounts sold on deals (uplift &/or total).
