You Will:
Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
Drive timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables
Lead and coordinate R&D and cross‑functional teams
Ensure alignment with quality, regulatory, and business requirements
Communicate project status clearly to key stakeholders
Skills / Experience:
3–5 years’ experience in Project Management
Medical device experience, ideally Class II or Class III
Strong background in New Product Development / Introduction
Proven experience leading R&D teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
