About the Onboarding Specialist Role…
As our Onboarding Specialist, you will provide software training to our hotel customers across Europe via screenshare, chat, and phone. Your engaging and informative communication style will ensure our customers understand how to use our product and benefit from its features.
We provide comprehensive product and internal software training, pairing you with a seasoned buddy to perform mock training sessions before onboarding customers.
We seek a go-getter with curiosity and a passion for delivering a positive customer experience—these qualities cannot be taught!
What You’ll Do…
1. Qualify customer requirements, identify appropriate setup needs, and prepare customers for core product implementation.
2. Deliver high-quality customer training on SiteMinder products via digital platforms.
3. Clearly communicate SiteMinder’s support procedures to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
4. Own customer issues, seeking to identify, address, and resolve them effectively.
5. Drive customer projects forward, taking ownership and ensuring objectives are met.
What You Have…
1. Fluent German (minimum C2) and English language skills.
2. Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
3. A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
4. Tech-savviness and a good understanding of technology.
5. Confidence to approach customers and lead meetings.
6. Experience working towards targets and goal-oriented mindset.
7. Experience in the hotel industry or SaaS companies is a plus.
