Job Title: Transfer Agency Client Services Consultant
Atrium is seeking an experienced professional to join the TA and Client Services Team. The successful candidate will manage multiple clients ensuring transfer agency services align with the Client Service Centre Model.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend client meetings with operational representatives.
* Prepare presentations for operational or due diligence meetings.
* Vet incident reports before release and update client incident logs.
* Manage client issues, liaising with Global Relationship Managers and Operational Managers to ensure seamless service.
* Ensure prompt and professional client interactions.
* Exhibit excellent client servicing skills and maintain a positive attitude.
* Aim for first contact resolution on queries.
* Respond to inquiries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or workflow.
* Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering teamwork and communication.
* Develop team goals, organize work, set priorities, and monitor activities for timely completion.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Operational experience in a Transfer Agency role with strong client engagement skills.
* Experience in people management and change management is desirable.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Knowledge of Transfer Agency industry regulations.
* Effective verbal reasoning and numerical skills.
* Good keyboard skills and ability to learn business systems.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong planning and organizational skills with flexibility.
* Ability to resolve complex issues promptly.
* Self-initiative and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
