Skills and Requirements Relevant third level qualification in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering with minimum 7-10 years' experience post qualification in a contracting environment. Experience of high purity & process piping installation on pharmaceutical construction projects. Familiar with use of project planning tools and inputting progress back into project master plan Familiar with use of BIM and operating Navisworks Models or similar Driving subcontractor performance and quality adherence. Experience of typical project engineering functions, such as preparing technical submittals, RFIs, etc Work closely with the Contracts Director throughout the life cycle of the project.
