About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organisation as a Territory Sales Manager in Primary Care.

You will be working closely with General Practitioners (GPs) across the North Leinster region, providing them with valuable insights and services that cater to their patients' needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the local GP landscape and be able to leverage their knowledge to drive business growth and success.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a defined geographic territory through building strong relationships with GPs and practice teams. You will work collaboratively with marketing and consulting teams to deliver targeted education initiatives, study days, and learning opportunities that enhance GP engagement and skills.

One of your key responsibilities will be to engage with GPs on feedback regarding referral processes, service quality, and patient experience, ensuring that the voice of the customer is heard within our organisation.

You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve the service offering and keep clients engaged and satisfied. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be expected to embrace digital tools such as Microsoft Dynamics to ensure data accuracy and leverage insights to refine your territory strategy.

Your duties will include preparing and delivering regular reporting on activity, opportunities, and outcomes to management. You will promote a culture of excellence, customer centricity, and continuous improvement in how we support our GP network.


Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* 3+ years of experience in a GP field sales or GP engagement role within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or diagnostics
* Familiarity with the North Leinster GP landscape is highly valued and strongly desirable
* A full, clean driving license
