Join Our Team as a Lab Equipment Specialist
\
The Technical Operations group is responsible for creating and scaling drugs for use in clinical trials and the commercial market.
\
As a lab equipment specialist, you will oversee the management and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
\
This includes delivering and operational managing lab asset management processes & systems, designing and implementing lifecycle management processes, and providing clear visibility of all laboratory equipment and their associated asset lifecycle costs.
\
You will also diagnose and troubleshoot equipment/instrument technical issues, collaborate with vendors and service providers for repairs and replacements, and partner with Automation and IT to align data consistency & reporting relating to lab equipment assets.
\
Additionally, you will contribute to the strategic planning of laboratory operations, aligning equipment management with the organization's long-term objectives, and review procedures and CAPEX equipment plans prior to implementation as well as existing ones for failure analysis and potential improvements.
