Key Role: Customer Support Expert
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to manage the end-to-end order process and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
* Order Management:
* Process orders accurately and promptly, completing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting according to business requirements.
* Provide basic product information to customers and resolve queries related to orders, stock availability, deliveries, and invoices.
* Process returns and ensure smooth resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships, demonstrating genuine care, empathy, and professionalism in handling customer concerns, and supporting a positive and cooperative team environment.
Candidate Profile:
Essential Requirements:
• Native or near-native fluency in German and advanced English (C1/C2)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy
• Experience in order entry, customer support, or a strong interest in developing a career in customer service
