Role Overview The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and update Delta V site automation standards, ensuring alignment with local \global automation library standards Responsibilities SME for Delta V Hardware implementation Write User requirements for Delta V modules Review and Approve related Design Documentation.
Partner with local site project teams to scope changes on the Delta V system Participate in Agile sprint teams for software development Participate in commissioning and qualification activities, including FATs, loop testing, onsitecommissioning and testing Follow the SDLC Procedure to implement changes (covering RS updates, RTM Change control, Implementation and test)Ensure software is implemented in a safe fashion with quality a necessary output.
Educate local project teams on automation standards as they relate to technology selection, system configuration, SDLC, validation, hardware, software environments and business processes.
Partner with internal Digital departments ensuring standard and secure implementation Qualifications BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical degree.
Training completed in Delta V standard and batch.
5 or more years of experience in Delta V application.
Proven record of proficiencies associated with business analysis on capital projects.
Excellent understanding of c GMP's, SDLC methodologies and LEAN/MPS/ 6 Sigma principles.
Excellent facilitation, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and define business problems, develop business cases, and identify appropriate process and technological solutions is essential.
