Job Overview
This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of the facility. Key responsibilities include implementing processes to ensure smooth operations while maintaining high hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Materials Handling - Receive, test and manage raw materials and stock.
* Fermentation Runs - Operate and monitor yeast fermentation including vessel setup inoculation controls and cleaning.
* Process Monitoring - Record and track fermentation data to identify trends and improvements.
* Drying & Bagging - Monitor drying milling and bagging of yeast biomass into powder.
