Business Analyst
An opportunity has arisen for highly skilled Digital Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our client. This role is pivotal in representing the business to define clear digital and technology solutions, driving the design and delivery of new front-office technology. You will play a key role in ensuring that digital transformation projects align with business objectives, enhancing processes, ways of working, and overall business performance.
Responsibilities:
Business & Technology Integration:
* Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring digital solutions represent the business interests.
* Define and scope business needs for changes to processes and ways of working resulting from digital transformation.
* Drive the design of processes, technology, and operating models to enhance business performance.
* Work closely with technology development, data, and architecture teams to align solutions with business strategy.
Stakeholder & Change Management:
* Engage with key stakeholders across business units, ensuring alignment on digital transformation initiatives.
* Run workshops to define business requirements, future state design, and technology implementation strategies.
* Ensure structured approaches to problem-solving, applying best practices in process design and organisational change.
* Act as a liaison between business, technical teams, and customers to facilitate seamless project execution.
Experience:
* Front-Office & Customer Technology - Strong experience with front-office sales and marketing technologies such as e-commerce, CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), and digital customer engagement platforms.
* Operating in a project-driven environment with a track record of delivering new processes and technologies.
* Support digital assessments for channel management, customer engagement, and business model optimisation.
Project Delivery & Agile Methodologies:
* Experience working across various delivery frameworks including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid.
* Conduct current state assessments, gap analysis, and future state implementation.
* Develop business requirement documents and drive process mapping, journey design, and wireframing.
* Strong experience in user story writing, backlog management (JIRA, Azure DevOps), and sprint execution.
* Support user acceptance testing, business readiness activities, and hypercare/go-live periods.
Key Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, or product ownership.
* A proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive consensus and influence at all levels.
* Experience in strategy development, operating model design, and digital assessments.
* Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills, with expertise in workshop techniques (Design Thinking, Process Mapping, Mural, Miro, Visio, Excel, etc.).
* Comfortable working across business and technology functions to ensure successful delivery of transformation projects.
