Maintenance Scheduler Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Scheduler to play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of maintenance operations across all disciplines.
This role supports the seamless execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities by developing and managing detailed maintenance schedules.
The Maintenance Scheduler acts as a key liaison between maintenance teams, planners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities to meet operational and compliance requirements.
* Collaborate with planners, technicians, vendors, and engineering stores to ensure spare parts and resources are available.
* Maintain and update job plans to reflect current procedures and best practices.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and proactively contribute to safety and quality enhancements.
* Ensure all maintenance activities are recorded in the CMMS and are audit-ready, following ALCOA+ principles.
Requirements:
* FETAC Level 6 or equivalent in an E&I or Mechanical discipline.
* 3+ years Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Med Device industry experience in a maintenance role.
* Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling tools (e.g., CMMS).
