We are currently recruiting an
Assistant Front Office Manager
to join the exceptional Resort team at
Adare Manor
.
The Front of House team is the heartbeat of Adare Manor.
As one of the first points of contact for our Guests, the team plays a pivotal role in shaping outstanding first impressions and delivering seamless, intuitive service throughout every stage of the Guest journey.
Through meticulous attention to detail, deep resort knowledge, and genuine care, the team ensures that every Guest experience is effortless, personalised, and truly memorable.
The Role
As
Assistant Front Office Manager
, you will be a confident, engaging, and intuitive leader with a naturally warm presence and a genuine passion for exceeding Guest expectations.
You will support the day-to-day operation of the Front Office, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery while maintaining a calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced luxury environment.
You will demonstrate inspirational leadership, a proactive mindset, and a consistent drive to go above and beyond, ensuring flawless execution of the Guest journey from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Front of House Manager in leading a high-performing Front Office team
Deliver exceptional, personalised service that reflects the highest standards of five-star hospitality
Act as a visible leader and role model, inspiring and coaching the team to achieve service excellence
Anticipate Guest needs, resolve issues seamlessly, and ensure service recovery is handled with care and professionalism
Foster strong internal relationships and ensure effective communication across departments
Uphold operational standards, procedures, and brand values at all times
The Ideal Candidate
From a professional perspective, you will have
previous Front Office or Guest Services management or supervisory experience
within a comparable
five-star or luxury hospitality environment
.
You will be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and a confident relationship builder, capable of leading and supporting a diverse team within a demanding Front Office operation.
You will also demonstrate:
Outstanding attention to detail
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
A calm and composed leadership style, even under pressure
A genuine commitment to delivering warm, authentic Irish hospitality
Skills & Experience
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
Strong computer literacy is required
Previous experience with
HotSoft
or similar PMS systems is desirable
Reporting Structure
Reporting to the
Front of House Manager
, you will act as a strong coach, mentor, and ambassador for Adare Manor, fostering a positive, inclusive working environment that consistently delivers exceptional Guest experiences.
