We are seeking a visionary SAP Order-to-Cash Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge OTC solutions within SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in SAP SD, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, and integration with other modules and external systems.
The successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives to optimize order management, invoicing, and revenue processes. Key responsibilities include defining SAP OTC architecture and roadmap aligned with enterprise business objectives, designing solutions for order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and revenue recognition, integrating OTC processes with SAP modules (MM, FI, PP) and external systems (CRM, e-commerce), leading end-to-end implementation and migration projects, including S/4 HANA OTC, driving automation and digital transformation initiatives in OTC processes, implementing best practices for order fulfillment, invoicing, and dispute management, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, revenue recognition standards, and audit requirements, establishing governance frameworks for OTC processes, collaborating with business teams, IT stakeholders, and external partners to define OTC strategy, and mentoring SAP OTC consultants and providing architectural guidance.
