Role Overview

Our client, a global communications and strategy consultancy is seeking an ambitious and highly skilled communications professional to join its Dublin office as the business continues to grow. The position follows a hybrid model, three days per week in-office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) with the option to work remotely on Wednesday and Friday. Advising the next generation of leaders shaping the new economy. Built for the digital and decentralised age, it provides a distinctive blend of advisory services spanning strategic communications, reputation, issues and risk management, as well as public policy and regulatory affairs.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with the planning and execution of global public relations campaigns.
* Drafting, editing, and distributing press releases and media materials.
* Handling enquiries from journalists, clients, prospective clients, and external stakeholders.
* Researching and developing compelling narratives for international media outreach.
* Managing regular one-to-one client interactions.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with influential media contacts.
* Attending client and new business meetings.
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members.


Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

* A minimum of three years’ experience within a public relations agency.
* A strong record of securing media coverage and developing relationships with journalists.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen interest in finance and technology.
* The ability to think strategically and deliver integrated global PR campaigns.
* Proficiency in media monitoring and analytics, with the capability to present performance insights and demonstrate return on investment.
* Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* The ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide guidance to junior colleagues.
* Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence.
