Our client is looking for a reliable, organized and enthusiastic Sous Chef for their hardworking and award-winning kitchens in Killarney, County Kerry. This is a superb property with a well-earned reputation for excellence in cuisine.Among the duties you will have are:
* Assist head chefs in planning, preparing, and presenting meals
* Preparation and presentation of all food should be of the highest quality
* Keep the kitchens clean and maintain hygiene standards
* Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed
Flexibility and willingness to take on tasks as directed by the Executive Chef are essential. The preferred experience is in a 4/5 star property with some background in restaurant, banquet, and bar food operations.As an aspiring Junior Sous Chef, or even an experienced Chef De Partie, you can join and learn in a very progressive and innovative kitchen team.
