**Financial Planning Role**
We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our accounting and financial planning function in Co. Clare.
* Prioritize the preparation and submission of monthly management accounts, ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.
* Lead a team of finance professionals, fostering collaboration and teamwork within the organization.
* Manage payroll, employee benefits, VAT, and other compliance duties with precision.
* Develop detailed forecasts and analysis to inform operating costs and annual budget preparation.
* Design and implement effective inventory, costings, and stock control systems.
* Craft year-end statutory accounts and coordinate with auditors.
Essential Qualifications:
* A qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience.
* Proven leadership skills and strong team player/negotiator abilities.
* Experience with business systems, preferably including SAP Business One.
* Advanced Excel skills.
