Salary : to €52k
* Drafting contracts for sale.
* Preparing necessary documents for registration in the Registry of Deeds and Land Registry
* Preparing letters of appointment.
* Stamping of documents.
* Collating reports and trackers to keep clients informed on the up to date status of their transaction.
* Assisting in the preparation of transaction completions.
* Working in a team environment and liaising throughout with clients, agents and banks.
* Other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as requested.
The Candidate:
* 3-4years experience working within a legal environment, ideally within a Property Department.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with appropriate and effective use of grammar and punctuation.
* Have enthusiasm, resilience and ambition to find solutions to problems.
* Remain calm and optimistic in time sensitive situations or under pressure.
* Willingness to work flexibly to meet client needs.
* High degree of competence in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
