We are now hiring a
local, onsite content & marketing coordinator
in
Co. Tipperary
, who will work directly with two of our key clients apart from other ongoing requirements.
About the Role
This is a
hands-on execution role
. You'll be based onsite with our clients in Thurles, gathering content, preparing it for Meta and Google Ad campaigns, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and the Ads/Tracking Specialist.
Much of the work will focus on the
equestrian industry (showjumping)
, so familiarity with or interest in this world will be a
strong advantage
. You'll also support a second client by creating content and feeding into their Instagram and Facebook channels.
What You'll Do
* Meet with key stakeholders regularly to capture campaign requirements.
* Create ad-ready content (images, carousels, reels, short-form video) using Canva, Photoshop, or simple editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush).
* Prepare assets to the correct specs for Meta and Google campaigns.
* Manage basic Shopify updates (uploading images, updating collections, formatting assets).
* Deliver consistent content for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
* Coordinate with our offsite Ads/Tracking Specialist to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
* Be comfortable to use new digital systems and platforms.
* Be able to create Videos/ Photos and digital assets if required by clients.
What We're Looking For
* 1–3 years' experience in digital marketing, content coordination, or ecommerce.
* Tech-savvy with Canva/Photoshop and basic video editing tools.
* Understanding of Shopify and digital platforms.
* Strong communicator, able to interpret stakeholder needs and deliver on them.
* Detail-oriented, organised, and efficient executor.
* Independent self-starter who also works well within a small team.
* Bonus:
knowledge of or passion for
