This role involves providing strategic tax advice and support across all aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and legal document review. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure tax-efficient transaction structures, compliance with relevant tax legislation, and delivery of high-quality advisory services.
