They are now seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join their growing team and play a key role in a range of exciting developments.
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of structural projects across multiple sectors, providing technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities: Lead the design and management of structural engineering projects from concept through to completion Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians Carry out structural analysis and detailed design in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and local authorities Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and best practices Oversee site inspections, reports, and progress monitoring Requirements: Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Chartered Engineer status preferred or working towards) Minimum 7+ years' structural engineering experience in consultancy or design office Strong technical knowledge in structural design and Eurocodes Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency in relevant structural analysis and design software (e.g.
Tekla, Tedds, Revit, Auto CAD) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
