We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Administrator to join Suir Engineering Ltd, this position will be based in our head office in Cleaboy Business Park, Waterford. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support across all marketing activities.

What you will be doing?

* Updating and maintaining the company website via WordPress, including content creation, SEO and performance analytics reporting.
* Ensure consistent and uniform company branding across the business in line with Suir Engineering brand guidelines
* Working closely with the Graphic Designer to support the development of advertisements, company brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
* Creating and updating company PowerPoint presentations.
* Assisting with the coordination and production of company videos, photography, and radio advertising.
* Assisting with the creation, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of content across Suir Engineering's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram).
* Coordinating company sponsorships and related marketing activities.
* Booking and coordinating company attendance at industry-related events such as seminars, exhibitions, and trade shows, including the organisation of branding and marketing collateral.
* Completing pre-qualification questionnaires/supplier questionnaires to support inclusion on tender lists for new projects.
* Working closely with the Estimating Department to provide marketing support with client tender returns
* Maintaining and updating supporting documentation for pre-qualification and client tender submissions, including project profiles and CVs.
* Providing general administrative support to the Marketing Department
* Carrying out any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by the Manager and/or Department Head to meet the ongoing needs of the business

Is this the job for me?

* A third-level qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
* 3 years or more of experience
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Microsoft Word.
* Experience using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is advantageous.
* Proficient in Google Analytics, social media platforms, website content management systems, and email marketing platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Strong time management, planning, and organisational skills.
* Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
* Previous experience within the construction or engineering sector is an advantage.
