Digital Transformation Specialist Role
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation professional to join our Management Consulting practice on a permanent basis in Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising client organisations on a wide range of IT topics, including technology strategy, transformation and change. They will work with clients to deliver, architect and design innovative, flexible and cost-effective technology and infrastructure capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams, stakeholder engagement and communication, as well as expertise in cloud and digital strategies and initiatives. They will also have the ability to shape, build and lead teams, and develop and deliver cloud and/or digital strategies, roadmaps and transformation plans.
Responsibilities will include helping clients transform their technology landscape, working alongside business and IT stakeholders, leading the planning, design and implementation of key IT Change Programmes and advising clients on how to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of their IT operations.
Examples of projects may include defining and delivering client IT strategies and operating models, assisting clients with technology transformation programmes/projects, assisting clients with recovery from major incidents such as cyber ransomware attacks, helping clients navigate their journey into the cloud (IAAS, SAAS, PAAS) and advising on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Analytics and Blockchain.
