We are seeking a highly skilled Block Maintenance Specialist to oversee the upkeep, maintenance and safety of our facilities and estates. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-story residential and commercial units, with strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
About the Role:
* The Block Maintenance Specialist is responsible for coordinating the maintenance teams, ensuring best practice in standards and smooth efficient management of project work.
* This involves reviewing functioning systems on sites, inspecting workmanship standards supporting planning projects works for preventative maintenance teams.
