Role Overview Albany Beck is growing its Change & Transformation Practice and is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager, with an immediate deployment opportunity onsite to support a large-scale Wealth Management transformation programme within a leading Financial Services environment. This role requires a highly hands-on, delivery-focused Project Manager with strong Wealth Management experience and the ability to operate across both business process and CRM technology workstreams. The successful candidate will play a central role in driving execution, improving structure and governance, and ensuring momentum across a complex programme environment. The programme is currently in a mid-stage transformation phase, with elements of design, build, and validation already underway. A key focus of the role will be supporting programme replanning, managing delivery dependencies, and ensuring alignment between platform capabilities and operational business processes. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on Project Management leadership across key transformation workstreams Drive delivery activity, ownership, and accountability across the programme Maintain momentum within a complex, fast-paced delivery environment Support programme replanning and execution activities Operate between platform, business, and operational process teams to ensure alignment Ensure system functionality supports business and operational requirements Bridge the gap between CRM technology teams and business process stakeholders Support decision-making around platform suitability and process integration Oversee process transformation activities across multiple operational areas, including: Client onboarding Client reviews Change in circumstances Complaints handling Vulnerability management AML / Enhanced Due Diligence Client communications and notifications Ensure process outputs align with overall programme objectives and timelines Manage and coordinate external contractors and process-focused resources Ensure deliverables are completed to a high standard across multiple parallel workstreams Coordinate resources with varying availability and priorities Maintain clear visibility of delivery progress, risks, issues, and dependencies Provide regular updates and reporting to senior stakeholders and programme leadership Drive action tracking, escalation management, and issue resolution Facilitate collaboration across business, technology, and operational teams Contribute directly to delivery activities where required Take a proactive approach to resolving blockers and delivery challenges Bring structure, clarity, and organisation to a complex transformation programme Key Skills & Experience Proven experience delivering transformation programmes within Wealth Management Strong Project Management experience across both business and technology workstreams Experience supporting or delivering CRM implementations Ability to operate in a quasi-technical PM capacity, working closely with platform and technology teams Strong delivery focus with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes Experience managing multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and parallel workstreams Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong governance, reporting, and programme management capability Desirable Experience Experience within Financial Services transformation programmes Exposure to operational process reengineering initiatives Experience working with external vendors or consulting partners Familiarity with regulatory or client lifecycle processes within Wealth Management Personal Attributes Hands-on and delivery-oriented mindset Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable operating in ambiguous or evolving programme environments Strong problem-solving capability and proactive approach Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and driving accountability
