 
        We are seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Chef to join our kitchen team in UCD.The ideal candidate will have experience working with various grilling techniques and equipment, a strong understanding of food safety standards, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes consistently.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook grilled menu items to company standards.Operate and maintain grill equipment safely and efficiently.Monitor food quality and presentation.Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.Assist in menu development and specials involving grilled items.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station.Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.Manage inventory and stock levels for grill-related items.Requirements:Proven experience as a Grill Chef or similar role.Knowledge of grilling techniques (e.g., charbroiling, smoking, searing).Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and safety standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and presentation.Food hygiene certification (preferred).Excellent time management and communication skills.Desirable Qualities:Passion for food and culinary innovation.Ability to train junior staff.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.HACCP TrainedExperience with different cuisines and grill styles (e.g., BBQ, Mediterranean, steakhouse).Perks:Daytime hours with minimal late nights.Opportunity to shape the culinary culture of the campus.20% off our sister sitesMeals on duty
