Job Title: Technical Account Manager, Infrastructure SolutionsLocation: Dublin (Hybrid - 50% remote, 50% office-based (with visiting clients))Employment Type: PermanentReports To: DirectorJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Technical Account Manager to join our client's Dublin-based team. This permanent role offers a hybrid working model, with 50% remote work and regular client visits (approximately one day per week). Reporting directly to the Director, the successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring the successful delivery and support of technical solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts.Provide expert guidance and support across technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, networking, and hardware.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.Conduct regular account reviews and performance assessments.Maintain accurate documentation of client environments and support activities.Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.Travel to client sites as required (approximately once per week).Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience in IT support or technical customer-facing roles.Strong technical knowledge some of:Operating systems (Windows, macOS)Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)Networking fundamentalsHardware and user administrationExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.High level of professionalism and respect for client confidentiality.Demonstrated work ethic and urgency in resolving issues.Experience working within financial services, banking, or regulated environments is advantageous.Education and Certifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365) and/or CCNA are a strong advantage.Additional Requirements:Fluent English (spoken and written).Full Irish Driving Licence and access to own transport.Please note, we are not in a position to offer sponsorship and you would need to be based in Ireland.If this is of interest please get in touch via email Natalia Merritt at If you are interested in other roles or career change please do not hesitate to contact me too.Adecco Ireland is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
