Process Development Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Lead to spearhead process development, characterization, and validation for medical device manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead process development across equipment design, process parameters, and component control.
2. Develop and execute process characterization tools for medical device processes.
3. Establish and implement validation plans that comply with regulatory standards.
4. Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and experimentation.
5. Drive alignment among cross-functional teams to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process enhancement journey.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with at least 10-15 years of experience in a similar role. Strong technical acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to project management are essential for success in this position.
