This would suit a Commercial Solicitor looking to join a leading firm in the Commercial/Privacy space.
Opportunity
We have been engaged by our client a leading law firm to recruit a Commercial Solicitor [Contracts/Privacy]
Our client is open to consider candidates from Newly/Recently Qualified to 5 years PQE in Commercial Contracts/Agreements & Privacy, ideally from a top, mid-tier or boutique law firm.
The Role [Experience / Qualification Required]
Drafting and negotiation of all types of high value commercial contracts/agreements;
- Technology Contracts
- Master Service Agreement
- Distribution, Agency & Franchise agreements
- Sales, Marketing and promotion laws and related Privacy considerations.
- Data protection agreements and dealing with data protection concerns arising from commercial contracts
