Job Title A compassionate and caring individual is required to assist residents with their daily living activities in a nursing home setting.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to promote independence, dignity, and mobility while delivering person-centred care.
Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
About the Role Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
Support residents to maintain independence and mobility through encouragement and assistance when needed.
Deliver person-centred care in line with individual care plans, respecting each resident's dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
