We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team as a Corporate Finance Advisor. The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Description:**
The Corporate Finance Advisor will provide financial support and guidance to senior stakeholders and Ministers, working closely with Government Departments and Portfolio Companies.
Key responsibilities include reviewing financial reports, business plans, and funding proposals; analyzing capital expenditure, acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures; monitoring financial performance targets and valuations; building financial models to support strategic initiatives; conducting industry and market analysis; liaising with Government Departments and Portfolio Companies;
taking ownership of high-quality report preparation for senior stakeholders
----------------------------------- Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Degree in finance, business economics or accounting • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in advisory professional services or large commercial organisation • Strong analytical expertise (Advanced Excel)• Ability demonstrate sound judgement rigor when providing recommendations.
