Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Store Manager with daily operations
* Leading, training, mentoring and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service
* Maintaining a high level of customer service, resolving customer queries and creating a welcoming environment
* Assisting in implementing strategies to achieve store goals; monitoring sales data, understanding trends and supporting the team in closing business objectives
* Leading by example and inspiring your team to uphold high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
Required skills and qualifications include:
* 1-2 years customer-facing experience, ideally in retail or hospitality
* Prior assistant or supervisory experience preferred
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong leadership and interpersonal ability
