Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the H&S team
* Maintain inductions, permits, RAMS, training records and audit documents
* Assist with scheduling audits, meetings and training
* Compile KPI and compliance reports
* Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to support HSEQ standards
Requirements
* Experience in an administrative role (construction or H&S preferred)
* Strong organisational and documentation skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
