Senior Design Engineer Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure projects.
1. Support the team in mentoring and developing engineers, ensuring effective leadership and coordination.
2. Lead allocated projects and assigned engineers, providing technical guidance and expertise where required.
3. Develop, review and approval of design documents and details, prioritising safety, constructability and commercial efficiency.
4. Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve project requirements.
5. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
6. Review and contribute to design programmes, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and to the required quality.
7. Conduct site visits and technical assessments to inform and validate design work.
8. Identify opportunities for sustainability and innovation in design solutions.
9. Support business development initiatives and contribute to company growth.
