Job Title: Contract Director
* Lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, local authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams.
* Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including procurement, resource management, and site operations.
* Manage office-based and site-based personnel, as well as subcontractors.
* Coordinate with various departments to gather information for tender submissions.
* Attend and lead client and stakeholder meetings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
* Ensure team members and subcontractors perform to the highest standards.
* Oversee procurement processes across multiple projects.
Requirements
* Proven experience in project management within the civil engineering or construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of the project lifecycle and associated documentation.
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors.
