You will have the opportunity to sell the following doors and door related products: Specialty Doors, Automatic Operators, Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Door Hardware, and Electrical Hardware.

Position Overview: You will have the opportunity to directly impact sales by cultivating new customers and fostering long-term relationships in Boston and surrounding areas.
Call on commercial and industrial accounts meeting with decision makers to professionally present our commercial entry door product lines in an effort to engineer a door solution for customers such as schools, hospitals, industrial buildings, and municipalitiesDevelop scope of work for each proposal and personally handle every detail from initial call to closing the sale; must be proficient with Windows based programs and sales toolsMeet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standardsProvide timely, accurate estimates and proposalsMaintain and update Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) dailyOther duties as assignedQualifications: Prefer a minimum three (3) years of outside sales experience calling on business to business – ideally calling on commercial accounts selling new construction and retrofit projects to both end-users and contractors; however, will consider other applicable experience, especially if "mechanical" type products have been soldMust possess a Valid Driver's LicensePossess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systemsOur benefit offerings include: Medical, dental, and vision options: Available on the 1 st day of the month following your start datePaid time off plan: 13 days accrued annually during your 1 st year; 16 days accrued during your 2 nd yearPaid Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas DayFloating Holidays: Up to 2 floating holidays per yearCompetitive compensation: Including annual performance evaluations401k retirement plan: Including an employer matchCompany paid: Life insurance, short-term disability, & long-term disabilityand moreSuccessful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire.
