We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our client's team at Blarney Business Park. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both data and people. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, with a strong focus on order entry and administrative support.
Responsibilities
* Accurately process customer orders and maintain order records
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
* Respond to customer queries via phone and email
* Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems
* Assist with invoicing, delivery scheduling, and stock tracking
* Provide general administrative support to the office team
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and data accuracy
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative or order entry role
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Own transport is essential due to location
