The role - Chef de Partie
* Efficiently deliver consistent standards on lunch and dinner menu.
* Mentor Commis and Demi CDP colleagues to deliver the required standards
* Maintain 5 star standards in all dishes produced.
* Bring innovative and new ideas to the team, menus and presentation.
* Manage HACCP best practice in all areas.
* Maintain a detailed knowledge of the full menu and be able to explain dish descriptions.
* Ensure all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines are carefully adhered to.
* Provide professional, efficient and 5 star philosophy of service to all outlets.
The successful candidate will:
* Have previous experience in a chef in a professional environment.
* Fully understand how the role contributes to the success of the hotel.
* Maintain a good level of understanding of the hotel and hospitality industry.
* Lead by example.
* Build effective and constructive relationships.
* Communicate clearly, professionally and concisely.
* Work collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals.
