Lead Manager - Residential & Day Services

What We're Looking For
4. Qualifications: Minimum Level 7 (BA in Social Care, Social Care Management, or equivalent). Postgraduate or management qualification desirable.
5. Experience: At least 3 years in senior management with strategic planning experience, plus 5+ years in health, social care, or voluntary services.
6. Skills & Knowledge:
Leadership, staff development, and team management.
Budgeting, business planning, and operational oversight.
Safeguarding, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
