This team works with global corporates, advising clients on ESG reporting, sustainability assurance, and regulatory compliance under CSRD.

Who should apply?
Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent)
Experience in external assurance/audit
Proven experience in sustainability or non-financial assurance engagements
Strong understanding of CSRD, ESRS and related frameworks
Excellent leadership, project management and communication skills
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Partner within the Sustainability team, this is a leadership role within a strategic growth area:
Engagement Leadership – Deliver and oversee sustainability assurance projects aligned with CSRD
Client Management – Build and manage relationships with senior finance and ESG stakeholders
Technical Expertise – Provide guidance on CSRD and non-financial reporting standards
Practice Development – Contribute to methodology, service delivery and team strategy
Team Leadership – Manage, coach and develop junior team members
Regulatory Alignment – Ensure work is aligned with ESRS and CSRD expectations
Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with other service lines and leadership teams
