This is an exciting opportunity to support our Contracts Manager in the administration of large-scale building projects across Ireland. Key Responsibilities:Assist in the coordination and administration of commercial building projects.Liaise with the ordering team and site managers to ensure timely delivery of required items.Manage incoming enquiries from commercial sites and determine appropriate next steps.Check weekly fitters' invoices to ensure all claimed works are signed off by the main contractor.Set up new projects on the Fieldview system.Upload and calibrate drawings and relevant documentation for use on-site.Download and share installation sheets with main contractors, ensuring weekly uploads for sign-off.Note: This is a sample of the varied and engaging tasks involved in the role.Requirements:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.Previous administration experience in a construction company is a distinct advantage.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.What We Offer:Awarded "Great Place to Work" – be part of a company that values its people.Brand new state-of-the-art offices in Park West Business Park.
